We are located off exit 12 on I-89, headed east down Newport Road towards Colby Sawyer College.
Travel about two and a half miles east on Newport Road, and you will find our store in the same plaza as Rocky’s Hardware, to the left of Hannaford’s.

Recently sent a package out for return, it was big box, sure. And it only weighed 4 pounds. The amount to ship out? $50! Keep in mind this was sent back to NY, only to take 3 days.

Unreliable service, avoid at all cost. I had a photo I needed printed for a gift. I called ahead and was reassured they could print before closing, so I submitted photos for printing. When I showed up later in the day to pick them up, one of the employees as the 2nd if she had printed the photos she asked her to. The 2nd employee said she forgot. I asked if they could print and they said they couldn’t because the photo lab was now closed. I explained the situation and that I would have gone elsewhere if they had indicated they may not be printed in time. They said, sorry we got busy and they refused to print (even though early response from employee 2 was she forgot). There were 3 employees the store and no customers.

The absolute worst customer service. The woman who worked there was completely uninterested in helping us, and the entire 40 minutes we were there only wanted to visit with her friends. The nice gentleman who tried to help us needed her help and she couldn’t have cared less. Unbelievable! We left and the lovely women at the UPS shipping store in Newport couldn’t have done enough for us, even though we arrived at closing time! Kudos to them!

Orders take an extremely long time and the customer service is awful. Just drive to a CVS instead.

Don’t go to Flash Photo if you want a passport picture that you are happy with. I asked to see the picture. I had to ask him to zoom it in , so that I could see the picture of my face. I wasn’t happy with it , so I asked him to take another. I wasn’t happy with my smile. Three times was his limit and he was a complete jerk. Mind you , we are probably at minute 3 of his time, with a digital camera that he can delete ( not like he’s waisting film on me). I won’t go back there again! I’m sure anywhere and everywhere has better customer service than here!

Undoubtedly the single worst customer service in the state of New Hampshire. First time I went i arrived at 4:47. The rep inside the store waved ar me and smiled sarcastically. Gabe them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Colossal mistake. Billing themselves as a UPS store and not providing all of the UPS services Amazon recommends for returns. $2 charge to print a label? $1 for tape. Pretty short sighted. Read the most recent reviews to affirm any suspicion. Let’s juat hope the owners have an independent source of wealth as I can’t imagine they are profitable with those they have as being customer facing.

I had some note cards made from my pictures and was extremely pleased with how they came out. I told James what I had in mind and he made it happen. He gave me good advice and did nice detail work. They are beautiful. They were done in the time frame he gave me. Many thanks to the whole team that worked on them.

Great customer service! I was nervous, because I needed to bring in my kiddos to take care of some business. The gentleman working was very quick to offer help, and even some crayons and a coloring sheet to occupy my kids while I was wrapping up a box. Very friendly and welcoming experience. Thank you!
